Raymond Little

Violation of any law or ordinance, in that: on or about October 21, 1999, P.O. Little, Star #13798, while off duty and in the vicinity of 3216 N. Lincoln, committed the offense of Public Indecency in that he lewdly exposed his body with the intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desire of himself, in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS 5/11-9(2), thereby violating any law or ordinance.

Any action or conduct which impedes the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals or brings discredit upon the Department, in that: on or about October 21, 1999, P.O. Little,
Star #13798,called the victim to the washroom located in 3216 N. Lincoln, where he exposed his penis to the victim, thereby engaging in any action or conduct which impedes the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals or brings discredit upon the Department. while off duty and in the vicinity of 3216 N. Lincoln,

On or about October 21, 1999, P. 0. Little, Star #13798, while off duty and in the vicinity of 3216 N. Lincoln, called the victim to the washroom located in 3216 N. Lincoln, where he exposed his penis to the victim, thereby being disrespectful to and maltreating any person while off duty; and

On or about October 21, 1999, P. O. Little, Star #13798, while off duty and in the vicinity of 3216 N. Lincoln, made inappropriate comments to, or in the presence of, a woman including, but not limited to, inquiring if her breast was for rent, and informing her that she was large on top, and that he was large on the bottom, thereby
being disrespectful to and maltreating any person while on or off duty.
