Count 1 Not Guilty On or about March 25, 2005, in or around the 25' District sergeant's office, located at or near 5555 West Grand Avenue, Chicago, he engaged in one or more sexual acts with Julie Hogan, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.
Rule 16	1 count	Entering any tavern or bar while on duty or in uniform, except in the performance of a police duty. Count 1 Not Guilty From in or around 2002, to the date the charges were filed, or for some period of time therein, the Respondent fraternized and/or maintained an association with Michael Meyers, an individual convicted of one or more felonies and/or misdemeanors.
