On one or about October 10, 1999, while in the vicinity of 2038 North Spaulding, he directed profanities at Ramon Neal over the public address system of his police vehicle.

On or about October 10, 1999, while in the vicinity of 2038 North Spaulding, he mistreated Ramon Neal when he intentionally burned and/or extinguished a lit cigar on Neal's arm, resulting in a second degree burn.

On or about December 17, 1999, he gave false information regarding the verbal and physical abuse of Ramon Neal that occurred on or about October 10,
1999.

On or about October 10, 1999, while in the vicinity of 2038 North Spaulding, he disrespected Ramon Neal when he directed profanities at Neal over the public address system of his police vehicle.

On or about October 10, 1999, while in the vicinity of 2038 North Spaulding, he mistreated Ramon Neal when he intentionally burned and/or extinguished a
lit cigar on Neal's ram, resulting in a second degree burn.

On or about December 17, 1999, he gave false information regarding the verbal and physical abuse of Ramon Neal that occurred on or about October 10, 1999.
