The Board finds the Respondent not guilty of violating Rule 2 and Rule 14, as set forth in section nos. 5–7 above, and finds the Respondent guilty of violating Rule 2, Rule 6, and Rule 23, as set forth in section no. 7 above. As a result of the foregoing, the Board, by a vote of 9 in favor (Foreman, Wolff, Crowl,
Eaddy, Flores, Montes, O’Malley, Sweeney, and Zopp) to 0 opposed, hereby determines that cause exists for suspending the Respondent from her position as a police officer with the Department of Police and from the services of the City of Chicago, for a period of one-hundred-twenty (120) days. The Respondent,
Police Officer Tabitha L. Tabb , Star No. 8543, as a result of having been found guilty of certain charges in Police Board Case No. 19 PB 2957, be and hereby is
suspended from her position as a police officer with the Department of Police and from the services of the City of Chicago for a period of one-hundred- twenty (120) days, from June 27, 2019 (the date she was suspended upon the filing of charges in this case) to and including October 14, 2019.
