Count 1 From in or around October 2016, through in or around September 2017, on one or more dates during that time, at/or a redacted location in Chicago, Illinois and/or at or near another redacted location in Chicago, Illinois. Sergeant Raul Alvarez then engaged in sexual conduct with a minor who was at the age 13 or 14. He pushed the minor against a wall without justification and/or stated "you'll be tasting it soon" or words that were along those lines and/or kissed the minor on the mouth and/or then proceeded to stick his tongue into the mouth of the minor. Count 2 From in or around January 2019, through in or around April 2019, on one or more occasions, at or near a redacted location in Chicago, Illinois, Sergeant Raul Alvarez engaged in sexual conduct with a minor who was at least of 13 years of age but was still under the age of 17. Alvarez grabbed the minor and the sides of her body and/or pulled up the shirt of the minor and/or then touched/groped her breasts without justification while she pretended to be asleep.

Count 1 From in or around October of 2014, through in or around September of 2016, on one or more than on dates during that time, at/or near a redacted location in Chicago, Illinois, and/or at another redacted location in Chicago, Illinois, Sergeant Raul Alvarez engaged in sexual conduct with a minor. In this interaction, he pulled up her shirt and/or looked at her chest, and/or pulled down her pants, and/or looked down her pants while she was pretending to sleep. Count 2 From in or around October 2016, through in or around September 2017, on one or more dates during that time, at/or a redacted location in Chicago, Illinois and/or at or near another redacted location in Chicago, Illinois. Sergeant Raul Alvarez then engaged in sexual conduct with a minor who was at the age 13 or 14. He pushed the minor against a wall without justification and/or stated "you'll be tasting it soon" or words that were along those lines and/or kissed the minor on the mouth and/or then proceeded to stick his tongue into the mouth of the minor. Count 3 From in or around January 2019, through in or around April 2019, on one or more occasions, at or near a redacted location in Chicago, Illinois, Sergeant Raul Alvarez engaged in sexual conduct with a minor who was at least of 13 years of age but was still under the age of 17. Alvarez grabbed the minor and the sides of her body and/or pulled up the shirt of the minor and/or then touched/groped her breasts without justification while she pretended to be asleep. Count 4 From in or around October 2014, through in or around September 30, 2019, on one or more occasions at or near a redacted location in Chicago, Illinois and/ or at another redacted location in Chicago, Illinois, Sergeant Raul Alvarez was play wrestling with a minor. He then put her into compromising positions that were against her will. He pinned the body of the minor to the floor, and/or the couch, and/or put her hands over her head and/or behind her back. He put his body in between her legs while on the they were on the floor and/or stood behind her where she felt his chest, and/or hips, and/or arms against her body.

In this interaction he pulled up her shirt and/or looked at her chest, and/or pulled down her pants, and/or looked down her pants while she was pretending to sleep. In this interaction he pulled up her shirt and/or looked at her chest, and/or pulled down her pants, and/or looked down her pants while she was pretending to sleep. On December 15, 2022 the Superintendent of Sargent Raul Alvarez, made a motion to withdraw all charges against Alvarez due to the fact that Alvarez had resigned from the Chicago Police Department. The Police Board considered this motion and choose to grant it. The proceedings that were before the Police Board were terminated. This was done and decided by a majority of the number of the Police Board. Their names follow.
